Attending every lectures and tutorial lab will be beneficial to do the assignment. If the tutor would provide   10-15 mins individually and consult to each student in a week or in 15 days, it is obvious that student would get more score in assignment as well as exam too.

I would like to be a system analyst or data base designer.

I will use the tecnique which is taught during lectures and tutorial class and apply it in the field by practising it . If any problem arises during my future carrer, I will do the research to find the solution.If  possible, I would contact to tutor or friends to solve these problems.

          This is the main text book for this subject which covers the comparision of  in house development and outsourcing system development. It has also stated that the controlling cost and dealing with rapid technology.Outsourcing package is used  in many organisations but in house system package is used by the same organisation which has developed for its own business.

Interview , observation, questionnaires and in site survey  include when developing  systems in- house . Interview and observation can be used to verify and clarify the most difficult issues and problems. Questionnaires allow the analyst to collect large number of people while maintaining uniform responses.

Sampling would be impracital to study every occurance of every form and records in a file or database . This technique normally use to get a large-enough cross section to determine  what can be happen in the system.

Research is one of the best methods for the analyst for fact- finding. Most problems are not completely unique. Many organisation have previously experienced similar problems. So if these companies willing to share the experience may save tremendous time and cost inthe development process.
